As a doula I provide emotional, physical, and informational support during pregnancy, labour, and birth to help families feel empowered, informed, and cared for throughout their experience. Whether you are preparing for your first baby or adding to your family, I offer personalized support grounded in compassion, expertise, and consistent care.

Birth Doula

Price - $1,500 + gst

Package Includes:

Free 30 minute consultation to determine your desired needs and wishes
2 prenatal appointments (2 hours each)
Free tens machine rental included with demonstration of proper use
Continuous support during labour and birth
Edited photos of your labour, birth, and immediate postpartum
Immediate postpartum support at place of birth, for up to three hours
One postpartum visit (4 hours)
My support for you starts as soon as I am hired

You will receive business hour access to me upon hire date. After 37 weeks I will be on call and available to you 24/7. If a suspected emergency please call.

Postpartum Doula

Price - $40–$45/hour + gst

Package Includes:

Free 30 minute consultation to determine your desired needs and wishes
Postpartum and infant care education
Light house work
Light meal preparation
Infant care
Lactation support
Provide parents time for self care in their own home
Assist with siblings adjusting to the newborn

Services can be provided anytime up until 6 months postpartum. Postpartum care is booked and billed in 4 hour increments.

Package Includes:

Consultation to establish expectations and wishes
Three, 6 hour postpartum daytime visits
One, 9 hour overnight visit
(10 pm–7 am)

Price - $2,000 + gst

Package Includes:

Consult to establish expectations and wishes
Three, 6 hour postpartum daytime visits
Three, 9 hour overnight visits
(10 pm–7 am)
One hour lactation consultation
10–15 edited newborn photos

Price - $3,000 + gst

Package Includes:

Everything you receive from birth postpartum package
Three, 6 hour daytime postpartum visits
Two, 9 hour overnight visits
